Who Are We ?

Swish Swish is the first premier Shabu-Shabu restaurant in the Seattle area and has already gained a buzz for its savory broths and fresh ingredients. Located in Bellevue, Swish Swish opened in June of 2012 by successful restaurateurs Brandon Ting and Nuri Ayindel; owners of Kizuki Ramen and Izakaya also in Bellevue. The restaurant specializes in Shabu-Shabu, which translates to swish swish from Japanese. Shabu-Shabu is a form of hot pot, which centers on dipping thinly sliced meat and vegetables into a soup base thus making a swish sound. This form of cooking was developed in Mongolia by Gengis Kahn to feed his troops and later adopted by other countries including Japan and Taiwan. Swish Swish isTaiwanese style using fresh ingredients allowing the diner to really taste all the flavors.
